Shabbat Order Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our kitchen operations and ensure the freshest preparation, we have the following cancellation policy for Shabbat orders:

• Full Refund: Orders can be canceled for a full refund up until Wednesday at 11:59 PM before the Shabbat for which the food was ordered.
• No Refunds: Cancellations made on Thursday or Friday are not eligible for a refund, as preparation and cooking will already be in progress.
